    The property was nice and unbelievable. The staff there were wonderful and polite. The restaurant was top-notch for breakfast, I tried wonderful dishes. Plus it had an excellent view to the mountains of Jordan. The room was absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, the location was brilliant very central. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel overall.

    Had an really good stay, let me tell you. The breakfast on the top floor was a sight to behold, a 360-degree view while eating? Now that's what I'm talking about.

    The hotel was located close enough to a big shopping area with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars, cafes and the mountains of Jordan. The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and incredibly comfortable and had a good size bathroom. The service was excellent, the food was decent. Moreover, we parked the car nearby.

    We loved our stay here, especially the cozy atmosphere and well-equipped Superior Queen Room that felt like a home away from home. The spa was a fantastic retreat, and we enjoyed the relaxing sauna and massage options.     Genuinely friendly and excellent staff of the hotel. Fancy & new-fashioned room, a safe, a mini bar and central heating in there. Variety of options, PERFECT food.

    Our family enjoyed a wonderful stay. The spacious Beautiful Double Room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly, accommodating our requests promptly. The nearby light rail made exploring easy, and we loved dining at local restaurants. Pro tip, ask for dining suggestions from the staff for hidden gems!

    It was just a top selection for a getaway in Jerusalem with very good value for money. The marble bathrooms with rain showers were a great touch and made our stay feel special. Check the air conditioning before moving in to avoid any issues.

    a pleasant stay with minor improvements needed

    The room was comfortable and well-equipped for a satisfying stay. Especially Tamir at the front desk, demonstrated really good service. Enjoying the city view while sipping drinks from the bar added a nice touch to our evenings.

    The only drawback was the shallow depth of the pool.

    The Beautiful Double Room had air conditioning, a coffee machine, and a tv. Loved the steam room and sauna at the spa. The indoor swimming pool was a great way to relax. Breakfast had an awesome selection with freshly baked pastries and organic juices. Staff was super great.
